Missing Parts Policy: 14 Days
If you find any parts missing from your products, please contact us on 01204 695387 within 14 days of receipt and we will endeavour to send you free of charge replacement parts. After 14 days from the date you sign for the products, requests for missing parts will not be accepted and you will need to purchase the missing items. Please check your items thoroughly on receipt.
 
Cancellation or Exchange of Order
 
We can cancel and refund orders for you before the item is dispatched from our warehouse. However, please be aware that orders can be processed very, very quickly at Geyser. Therefore if you wish to cancel or exchange an order, please contact as soon as possible on 01204 695 387. If your goods have already been dispatched, we will attempt to stop the delivery, and have it returned to Geyser, but it is possible that the item may get delivered. In this case, please see our returns procedure in eBay.
 
Faulty Products Policy
 
In this unlikely event, firstly we apologise for this. Please could you telephone us on 01204 695 387 to notify us of the problems you're having. We have a technical team that may identify an easily solved problem or confirm that you need a spare part, or you need to return the item.
 
Returning Items
 
All new items, even if faulty, need to be returned in original packaging, with any associated instructions and then packaged in a way that courier companies can transport them without the product sustaining damage. Every part must be returned, be careful not to leave anything out of the original packaging. Be aware of small parts like bleed plugs, radiator bracket parts etc.
 
Our Policy on Fees Associated with Replacing Faulty Products
 
Geyser guarantees its products for the specified length of time, as stated on the respective product page. Should any item develop a fault within the guarantee period we shall replace the product for you. The only liability on Geyser will be the entitlement to a replacement (if practical and cost effective) or a refund as per the Consumer Rights Act for returned items. Geyser will not be liable for any additional costs including, but not limited to, fitting costs, return costs and any other consequential loss, either within 30 days of your eBay purchase or for the full length of the guarantee.
 
No liability will be accepted by Geyser for any failure or delay in deliveries which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
