Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, some orders fall just at the cusp of our posted 3 business day shipping window. (A Wednesday order may not go out until Monday-as this did- since weekends do not count as business days). Looking at the tracking, it was USPS that took so long- a full 7 days- which even cross country is too long. However, we never mind anyone asking about their order and simply stated it was being packed that day and about to go out. Hope that clears things up a bit :)
