This should have been apparent to the seller, even if they "know nothing about trains". The ad title said it was "NICE"... but it is broken. I feel like I was deceived by the seller, even if by their ignorance of the product they were selling. I requested a partial refund to compensate, but the seller did not respond or agree to that solution. See photos.
