This item came broken no damage to packaging Pick-up head moving around told supplier of this he said it wasn't implying I broke it. Wouldn't send a returns label as no address on Ebay so unable to return for credit have ordered another unit from a supplier you can trust buyers beware of this so-called company I have ordered alot through Ebay without any problems we are getting rip-off companies using it .NOT HAPPY
