The Lladro arrived a couple of days ago & is beautiful, but unfortunately, arrived w/2 of the top branches broken. I let Susan know immediately. She wanted to file a claim with the post office but I would prefer a claim not be filed due to the post office wanting the piece turned over to them where they will claim to look into the issue & then destroy the item rather than return it. I can repair the piece easily. Susan is very nice. I would buy from her again if item is wrapped & packed better.
