This negative feedback makes no sense, an explanation was given why the flip flops could not be sent and a full refund was given. Then another pair flip flops were bought and dispatched which the customer left positive feedback for. A negative feedback is very damaging to any eBay store and should only be left in the worst circumstances. As this was a void transaction, all money returned and nothing sent, this was a textbook neutral feedback situation at minimum.
