The seller was quite upset that I returned their unit because of electrical problems. As far as I know, he may have fixed it when it was returned, but it did not function properly when I received it. EBAY was wonderful about the whole thing, he was not. I hope things get better for him. Maybe he was having a really bad day. He just didn’t need to be so accusatory, which also makes me suspect he knew there were issues with the vacuum. Anyway, good luck bidding.

This is a Brand new Ebay user that abused Returns saying the item "not working because she didn't want to pay to return it. I reported her and she left this negative feedback. Vacuum was in perfect condition and still was when I got it back.
