Buyer purchased item and used wrong address for delivery. Then, buyer sent about 8 messages over the Memorial Day holiday weekend when we were closed asking to cancel the order, or for us to change the address. One of our managers did send a response to buyer asking them to request Ebay to cancel the order, and then purchase a second time with the correct address. Buyer did not do so, therefore the item apparently shipped to the "wrong" address. And how exactly is that our fault?
