The seller sent a plated silver ring with a fake stone. This was verified by my jeweler. The seller is refusing to refund the change in currency for a full refund. ***PASS THIS SELLER UP *** I paid 621.35 and he only wants to refund $585.33. The change in currency value is not my responsibility ESPECIALLY when it was a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT LISTING.

It is quite clear from our history (over 20 years) that we do not sell fake items. This customer was unhappy with their purchase, so we accepted a return. Once returned we refunded in full through the ebay system. The customer then demanded extra money to cover 'their costs' to be sent outside the ebay system. When we refused they left this negative feedback.
