Batteries which I received were not Zenipower Z55 but some unlabeled ones with not directly compatible connectors.
You can utilize the negative connector but positive connector probably needs to be cut off with wire cutters.
They are 3.7V 0.22w so at least that is ok. I just hope these won't wear down faster than Varta or Zenipower.
