Was sent Matte finish. When I notified the seller, she stated she didn’t know there were different finishes. Offered for me to return it, but what good does that do me if I have nothing to use? Offered $5.99 refund…no. That doesn’t work for me. You should probably know a bit more about the products you sell. Especially when it says Matte ON THE LID!

1. The buyer should look at all pictures and read the descriptions very carefully before purchase.
2. In at least two messages I offer her free return with full refund if she wants to return the item-- It is an unintentionally mistakes. She loses nothing if she is willing to return her order. I also offer her $5.99 discount if she wants to keep the item and do not want to return.
3. Manipulating, Stealing, and Lying to get something for free are SINS!
