Quick to respond and assist w questions and photos. The way he packed it might have let it survive a nuke so love that. He added good pictures but I do wish they were a little more specific to show certain imperfections like small cracks, scratches and impacted areas on the main post instead of needing to ask for additional photos (which again they were amazing about helping get extras). Overall I’d definitely buy something from them again. Trusty, quick and easy
