I have ordered 5tb control board, but got 8tb instead...

It was an honest mistake. I offered the buyer the ability to return the 8TB PCB and exchange it for the 5TB PCB that he ordered. The issue is the buyer is in Kyrgyzstan and he used a third party forwarding company for the purchase so he has no means to actually perform returns or it's too expensive.
