When I had opened the box after receiving it in the mail it looked fine until I opened the case and leaned that the holder had fractured in 2 places and was damaged which caused the pens to go all over the place. I guess I would be happy if I had a replacement holder for them to fit in the case right. I tried to glue it but just will not hold together. I am really bummed waited a number of years before I bought a whole set like this and I paid extra money to get the full case setup
