This is one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had to deal with, item never even got dispatched date well over a week now and then messages me to tell me the Russian took his shipment.
Thankfully EBay is sorting it out , believe me don’t be fooled with sellers with 100% feedback. This was my experience. stay well clear of this seller, I have never had to leave this type of feedback in all my years on EBay. I’m a honest buyer and only ask for the same from sellers to be honest.

Buyer asked to cancel the order because he bought 1 local , i did ask if he still needed , as my combine import had some steel items , need to show it was not russian steel , so i said sorry , and now just this negative feedback. i refunded the buyer before ebay did .
