I apologize that you were unsatisfied with the transaction. The jacket was purchased for $5.00. Upon preparing the jacket for shipping, I noticed a tear in the fabric. Quickly I cancelled the order and sent a refund for the jacket since it was damaged. I am unsure how this transaction could have been handled differently to satisfy you the customer.
