Da dimenticare cosa? Le abbiamo scritto che ci sono dei ritardi con le spedizioni da parte di BRT dalla Lombardia a causa degli scioperi, eppure lei non ha voluto sentire ragioni. Come se noi volessimo perdere una vendita. Ci siamo scusati e abbiamo immediatamente inviato il rimborso. Eppure lei non vedeva l'ora di mettere un feedback negativo: noi cerchiamo di lavorare onestamente, però davvero questo modo di fare delle persone dietro una tastiera ci fa venire voglia di chiudere tutto.
