The bag itself is great. Really heavy, but great. Pretty disappointment that the flexible but solid end of the bag was crushed/folded to fit it in the postage box. It now won’t return to shape and given that’s what the bag rests on when upright, it won’t stand up on its end like it should now. Absolutely gutted as now can’t sell on either as it’s effectively broken.

Hi, BOSE ship the bag from the factory in this fashion. They use a small Velcro band between the two shoulder strap connector points (where I used the tie-wrap). It will return to a more upright stance once relaxed. Please note, the bag was not designed to stand on it's own whilst empty. It will however, stand up when it is filled (as shown in last pictures of auction listing). It has therefore arrived with you as originally designed and not broken at all. You can re-sell with a clear conscience
