The seller shipped quickly & item was as described. The only problem I had with the product was the microscopic print of the instruction pamphlet. I had to use my prescription glasses & with a magnifying glass(seriously!), I just managed to make out enough of the directions to figure out how to operate it. Got it mainly for my grandchildren but I think I may get one for the ear next time. Other than the barely readable instructions, which is not the fault of the seller, everything went well.
