Buyer purchased Chemistry World magazine bundle at 99p, listing photo showed pile includes RSC voice, updates, newsletters and as parcel already over 2kg, I included further issues / items at no additional cost. Buyer was very welcome to request any unwanted items from item photo removed prior to postage, I would have recalculated postage and refunded any difference. Only after arrival, buyer reported he had wanted just the magazines, and other items from listing photo were posted at his cost...
