Ordered & paid on 16th May 2024, stated a 3 day delivery. Contacted on 21st May as item still marked as awaiting dispatch and no response to opened eBay case. 23rd May they respond via message and not the opened eBay case stating some story that the part ordered was damaged and would I like to cancel. Only after nearly a week and when case has been opened. Ended up ordering the urgently needed part from another eBay seller and it arrives today.

Great item, arrived safely despite packaging being very poor. Not enough tape on box which looked like it was torn before being used. Bubble wrap void of bubbles! I'm all for recycling packaging if it's still functional, this wasn't though.
