The watch is not "Like New". There are many small scratches and some of them are clearly visible.

We offered the buyer full refund (including the import tax he paid) for return the watch back to us, but he refused immediately, if he does not like this used watch, why not return the watch back to us, we don't understand. Take a look other negative feedbacks he left to the sellers. If you do not like the watch, return it, that is very simply.
