They claim to be "NO FLASH" they are strobe lights, illegal and useless in a car. And instead of refunding my money or sending me lights that do work they have been trying to trick me. They convinced me to cancel my return so that they would send me new lights and they've never sent me the new lights. They won't send me back my money. You should never deal with these people and F these POS lights.
