The seller is awesome. Unfortunately he sent the package via US Post Office, instead of FedEx or UPS. After a week, I tracked the package to a USPS depot in Miami, where it remained. With over 50 cassette tapes to digitize before my home sells, I did not have the time to wait. I asked for and quicky received a refund. This week+ shipping delay was not the seller's fault.
