The doll in some description says Euc and that was not the case…was going to send back for another but another 1 offered was worse

The buyer did contact me and said that the condition excellent. The description had the list of blemishes that the doll had. In the description did say excellent vintage condition but was never listed as excellent condition as the buyer says. I offered the buyer serval dolls she could exchange for but when the buyer didn't want any of the I told them to send the doll back and I would refund the money once I got a tracking number. Days have now past and I haven't received a tracking number
