The Buyer purchased a motherboard from us, over a month went by, and they told us that the motherboard was "bad" - this wasn't an issue because we offer free returns for any reason, we immediately responded and offered a full refund once we have the item sent back. Buyer said that the item is not in the US anymore and that they just want money back, we explained that we are unable to offer a refund until we have the item returned, then they left negative feedback and refused to return it.
