The seller did reserve the item for which was great. It arrived but it wasnt working, which I told the seller (wasn’t asking for a refund), hoping for advice on how to fit it (I also had videos to show what wasn’t working). Instead they implied I was trying to scam them a talked down to me. I had to sort it out myself. It is working now and I love it I just didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to, especially when the item was going for a lot more than others were.
