The kit was despatched promptly and arrived safely. I was however very disappointed with the bookmark “kit”. It’s simply a piece of Aida and threads. There is no card or other backing material to turn this design into a bookmark.

Hi, sorry you were disappointed with the contents, however if you had read the description you will have seen that no backing is included. It is not "simply" a piece of aida and threads a lot of time and effort has gone into the design and it includes a chart and instructions. I do not include a backing. As it says in the listing all my kits are made to order and if you had contacted me I could have included FOC a piece of interfacing.
