Not the best of experiences. The computer sent was broken, the seller did respond quickly and said they would send a new one out. The delay on on receiving a 'new' one was long. it took nearly three weeks until I received a working computer. When I received the replacement it was the original one which I wasn't best pleased about as they promised to send me a different one they made up excuses about the delays and never informed that it was the original one they were repairing and sending back
