Shoes arrived quickly but it took quite an effort to remove the packaging. Disappointing and frustrating experience. Owner could have looked inside the shoes to find the size printed legibly instead of saying they were '4 inches.' They are enormous, extra wide, totally unwearable for any woman I know. I will either donate them to a circus clown with huge feet or grow a succulent garden inside them. A waste of money, unfortunately.
