Lazy and careless packaging - in a plastic satchel, resulting in the item arriving squashed. Appalling. On top of that, the item was absolutely filthy, requiring a whole heap of wet wipes to get the grime off.

"absolutely filthy" ?... I think that's a bit over the top. I documented as much detail of the item as I could. This original game packaging is from 1992 - 32 years ago. Maybe you were expecting mint condition - I never stated this in the description. I said "overall this is in good condition". I have sent items in that protective packaging many times without issue so I'm disappointed to hear this feedback.
