Terrible buying experience. Item not as described. Seller shipped a Chrome hearts trucker hat in a bag with no protection , so it arrived smashed up from traveling across the country. A $300 hat should be shipped properly in a box! That shouldn’t even need to be said. The seller did accept my return request promptly but then it took another week to get a refund, and I had to reach out to them multiple times about my refund after it was delivered. I would avoid this seller all together Beware

This seller is fabricating this whole story to make a return on a beautiful hat that he claimed was not delivered in time - he returned the hat to me with no flaws, bends or anything wrong. The seller continuously messaged as soon as the package was delivered demanding a refund of money right away when it was later in the day - I refunded him the next day. Unreasonable and unnecessary if wanted to return the hat
