1. I had to ask 3 times for tracking
2. Cactus arrived covered with spider mites!
3. Seller refuse to talk about it and just saying „return if you don’t like it“
Overall the plant seems healthy, that’s why its not a negative rating but if you buy a cactus you don’t want it to arrive infested with pest. A seller at least could try to talk to the customer about the issue but all you say is : The plant is perfect & healthy, return if you don’t like.
