The seller was very prompt in shipping. He called me prior to shipping to make sure I understood that there were paint defects on the propellor, and that it was repaired (which was stated in the description and shown in the images). The prop arrived quickly and was in great shape. I laughed when he called, the cost was less than half of retail and a new one would lose some paint pretty quickly, I am happy with the transaction.
