Keyboard was very carefully packed, as if it was new open-box. However, it wasn't. Instead it had been paired with the seller's computer, and I have been unable to get it to pair to mine. Haven't been able to clear out the owner's name for the keyboard either. Unit was old and battery won't hold a charge. I was able to get it to work by buying a Lightning-USB-C cable adapter, and leaving it plugged in. I hate it when people send old/marginal equipment as new instead of tossing it.
