The glasses are perfect, except that they are not the 9 cm ones they are the 8cm ones and we are trying to match a set.

I evidently measured the glasses incorrectly. The buyer left feedback without contacting me. I reached out to apologise and offer a full refund (plus cover return shipping etc.) and they preferred to keep the glasses. The feedback feels harsh, as I try very hard to resolve any mistakes and keep the buyer happy, but I did make a mistake and I hold my hands up to that. (I went back and re-measured other current listings to ensure accuracy.)
