Seller did not provide the Product ID Code there for it cannot be loaded and used on any computer. I went with this purchase because it was close to Quicken 2010 deluxe that was no longer available for a reasonable cost. Also the seller would have known it would not load

The product ID code was not mentioned in the title or description. If I was I wrong I’ll take the blame but was not given a chance to make it right. I would have been more than happy to refund but the buyer chose to just leave negative feedback before messaging me first. Moving forward, If there is a problem & it’s my fault I dont have a problem doing my best to fix it given the chance.

My honest mistake. I sold the item at a local sale I had & forgot to take it off my page. The buyer bought it but I had to cancel since I didn’t have it in stock anymore. I fully refunded the buyer. I apologize for my error.
