Waited a week to ship, and was patient. Paid $33.95 for shipping, seller shipped antique GLASS and frame in a POLY VINYL MAILER, not a box. It arrived smashed. Print is cut and gouged. She told me it was not her responsibility and to file an insurance claim. The post office requested item be brought in with packaging, denied the claim due to insufficient packaging. I tried to return the item after denied claim. Seller blamed me, accused me of wanting insurance money /insulted my offer.

This negative feedback is patently false. I had an uneasy communication with buyer but shrugged it off when I shouldn't have. She KNEW I was in midst of a stressful move & that shipping would be very late. It is UNTRUE that I sent framed watercolor in plastic mailer only. We bubble-wrapped item amply, made a box out of moving box to fit, then plastic-wrapped for XTRA protection in case of rain. Pkg fully insured. Ebay told me they were refusing her refund.
