The buyer bought the item on 24th March and only now on 8th May reports it not to be working, 1 1/2 month later. The item was in good working order before being listed as it was brand new and tested just to make sure as is always done with all items listed to avoid buyer disappointment which is why I had up to now 100% positive feedback. I am always willing to try and resolve any issues (incl. providing a refund) when reported to me directly within a reasonable timeframe.
