Item arrived 7 days late. Not entirely the sellers fault due to Yodel sending to wrong depot however it was only dispatched by the seller on the day it was expected to arrive so I do think that the seller could have agreed to refund some postage costs back for the inconvenience caused. The item is nice though and was bought to be a (now late!) birthday gift.

this item was despatched in strict accordance with ebay terms and conditions and time frame - yodel despatched to the wrong depot in error - due to the delay which was out of my jurisdiction as i am not employed by yodel! as a gesture of good will i offered for the buyer to refuse the item when it arrived against a full refund including postage however the buyer chose to complain constantly about the item being too late for a birthday yet at the same time chose to keep the item - very bizare????
