ITEM WAS NOT PACKED CORRECTLY. IT WAS WRAPPED IN A PLASTIC SHOPPING BAG AND NOTHING ELSE. BOWL WAS SMASHED WHEN RECEIVED. CONTACTED SELLER IMMEDIATELY, WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A REFUND. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS, NO REFUND AND NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER.

I'm very sorry the buyer was disgruntled, I really am, however I must defend my record.
The packaging was not just plastic bags, it had bubble wrap. I am denying it was broken but it wasn't from the packaging. I've had packages you would thought couldn't be broken because of so much packaging but they were. It is true I didn't refund immediately but I did refund. I had a total knee replacement the day after shipping and my mind was elsewhere, in pain and on pain meds. I apologized profusely.
