We always accept returns where items are returned unused. This buyer bought the wrong item, we told them what the right item was and they subsequently ordered that but they also tried to install the first belt, ran it, damaged it and then opened a case with ebay to say it hadn't arrived. Ebay rejected the case without a refund.
