Customer purchased three items on two transactions which didn't combine the shipping. Customer paid the amount and we refunded over half of the shipping cost for one of the items. Items were delivered on 5/31. We never heard there was an issue from the customer and we were never contacted. Customer purchased at higher shipping charge that was paid and then we refunded without being prompted or asked. Cost paid barely covered the shipping and packaging materials. We've asked for a revision
