Item was as described. Well packed. Seller used Ebay shipping so slow shipping transit. Item address was mislabelled at Ebay shipping hub. Correction made by Canada Post and item delivered OK. Ebay shipping takes longer and is more expensive for the buyer. Seller doesn't care as all paperwork is taken care of...correct or not. I usually no longer buy from sellers using Ebay shipping.

Listing clearly states that we ship International using Ebay's International Shipping Program so buyer was aware when he purchased. I know nothing about any address change, tracking does not indicate that there was an issue. We ship International through Ebay as it protects us from fraudulent buyers. This buyer should have left this at "Item was described and well packed". The rest is feedback of Ebay's shipping.
