Our order was delivered late due to being delayed in the depot. We received no communication over the weekend which was upsetting as we needed the item for our pet and upcoming vacation. Our emails were answered on the monday and the item was delivered by the end of the day thank goodness. I just wish there had been a response on the saturday. We would have needed to cancel the order and go and pick one up on the Monday had it not been delivered.
