Seller Beware! Buyer left negative feedback before ever contacting us. When we did communicate, I explained that these shoes were like new, sealed in plastic and then in a heavy USPS box. I sympathized that she had this experience and walked her through the process of filing a claim with the PO for a full refund - through THEM - since that's where the damage occurred. I respectfully requested she remove the unfair negative feedback, yet she refused.
