It would appear as though there are a couple of issues here. Granted, after reviewing the original listing it did state used. As you know, Lego packages their parts in numbered bags. They came in unnumbered ziploc bags. The other issue I have is with Ebay s filtering. I specifically filtered to see Brand New and yet this item popped up. I do apologize for my original comments.
