Item purchased 5th May. Seller stated it was posted 9th May. Seller refused to provide tracking and asked me to close the ‘item not arrived’ request even though I had no proof of postage. Item did not arrive finally until the 22nd May. Postage label stated that it had not been posted until 20th May. Unnecessarily difficult transaction!
