This radio came complete and works well. The Retekess TR604W radios cost under 30 bucks new on Amazon, yet these radios give AMAZING reception for their price. Almost as good AM reception as my much more expensive C. Crane "EP Pro", and "CC Radio Plus DX" sets. My Retekess actually receives FOUR (4) NOAA weather stations here in Springfield, MA! ( Somers CT, Meriden, CT, Worcester, MA, and Mt. Greylock (I think) in the Berkshire hills) The TR604 is same radio without the NOAA weather band.
