Marcin really went above and beyond in selling me my first ever touring bike. WOW. He helped me overcome major hurdles - the store my bike was shipped to closed after receiving the package, and he sent a similar bike to a secondary address for me. He made sure the tires were in excellent condition, checked if my height was compatible, and was very responsive throughout the entire process.
